Terms of Use
Last updated: 1 October 2026
The short version: OyenKu is a tool for keeping track of your own net worth. It gives estimates, not financial advice, and your data and backups are in your hands.
Using OyenKu
By using OyenKu you agree to these terms. If you downloaded it from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Not financial advice
OyenKu shows the figures you enter and planning estimates from its calculators. These are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and actual results will differ. The estate PDF's checklist is general information; confirm the details with the relevant agency or a lawyer.
Your data and backups
Your data lives only on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups and remembering their passwords. We can't recover lost data, a forgotten backup password or a forgotten PDF password.
OyenKu Pro
- Pro is sold as a yearly subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase through the App Store or Google Play, at the price shown before you buy.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your store account settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. A free trial, if offered, turns into a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
- Billing, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- If Pro ends, nothing is deleted; only the Pro features stop.
Names and rates from others
Names such as KWSP, ASB, Tabung Haji, eGUMIS and bank or platform names belong to their owners and are used only so you can recognise your accounts. OyenKu is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Exchange rates are reference rates provided as they are and may differ from the rate your bank uses.
Liability
OyenKu is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made using the app, or from lost data.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Questions: hello@oyenku.com.
